CPI(M-L) CENTRAL COMMITTEE: First Secretary : Com. Nature of state is autocratic, bureaucratic and semi-fascistic. Our path is protracted peoples' war path. Method of Organisation: * Leninist method and mass oriented Based on Democratic Centralism. Central Committe, Under now there are presently 10 State Committes and Mass Organisations - Workers, Peasants, Literal and Culture, Youth and Students. Some state committes are running magazines in vernacular languages.
